EXECUTIVE COACHING

Our experience working with dozens of executives and emerging executives, has demonstrated that over time, an individual’s greatest satisfactions and contributions happen when they invest in, and apply their natural strengths.

Occasionally, business circumstances dictate that leaders must emphasize skills and attributes which are not natural strengths. For a time, they must focus on skills to which they  must devote an unusual amount of energy in order to to master.  But, in the long run, leading from natural strengths will ensure that the leader makes his or her greatest, sustained contributions and has a profound sense of personal fulfillment.

We believe that executive coaching must be grounded in a methodology proven to achieve rapid results. We have developed a proprietary process which does just that. But we also believe that the biggest mistake a coach can make is to adhere slavishly to a one-size-fits-all approach to coaching. The best results are achieved when the uniqueness of the individual and the business culture in which he or she operates, are factored into the process.
